  • Always use   Message 2   when you create a new Message
  • Beginning should look like :
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "">
<html xmlns="">
  • Don't forget the tag :  <META NAME="ROBOTS" CONTENT="NOINDEX, NOFOLLOW"> in the <head> section, it will avoid search engines to find your web version page and collect infos.
  • Don't use any other <META> tag.  Not necessary in Ofsys.
  • Option: Conditions in Subject lines : [[IF(Contact:f_sex == "M" && (Contact:f_Language == "R" ||Contact:f_Language == "E")){]]Dear Mr. [[C(Contact:f_LastName)]],[[}ELSE{]] Hello [[C(Contact:f_FirstName)]], [[}IF]][[}IF]] ... (Where : &&=AND, ||=OR).  You can use the button "Conditions" to build your query string.
  • Preferrably no CSS, just TABLE, TR, TD .  Not all Web clients see them identical.
  • Insert a web version link : [[IF(Config.isShowMessage == 0){]]<a href="[[=Message.WebVersion("en-US",1,true);]]">Web version</a>[[}]].
  • Insert an Opt-out link just on the bottom, before the </body>: <a href="[[=Message.Optout("ru-RU");]]" style="color: #115082;">Unsubscribe</a>
  • Insert personalizations using the "Personalization" button.
  • You can use parameters in links : href="[[=Contact.f_auth;]]"
  • You can add a Facebook "Like" button (ask us how to do).
  • Create 3 personal test accounts and test your message on,, in the tab "test"
  • Don't use Wysiwyg Ofsys interface to write your message, use preferably an external editor like Dreamweaver.
